Additional information about rental rates

  • Our home can be rented all year round; please contact us directly for further information.
    Payments can be made in Sterling, US Dollars or Euros (exchange rate equivalent).
    Payments can be accepted via paypal, wire transfers or cheque.
    20% deposit due at time of booking and balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
    A $300 security deposit will be required and will be refunded following home inspection at the end of your holiday. This will be collected by our management company on arrival. Pool heating can be purchased at the time of booking (recommended October - April) or locally from the management company - cost for pool heating is $100 per week.
    Stays of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning charge.
    No 3rd party bookings will be accepted, only guest on booking form will be allowed to stay.
    Check-in 4pm and check-out 11am. Please advise any special requests in advance.
  • Strictly no pets.
  • PLEASE NOTE THE VILLA IS STRICTLY NON SMOKING.

  • Our stunning vacation home includes 5 luxurious large bedrooms, comprising 3 master bedrooms with ensuite and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The master bedroom downstairs has a walk-in closet and includes a 23' Samsung LCD TV and patio doors to the pool area. Its ensuite has his & hers sinks, corner bath and double shower. Upstairs there are 2 master bedrooms, both with ensuite, and one with a 23' Samsung LCD TV. Also 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and large chest of drawers.
