Four bedroom villa for 8 people located very close to the town of Pollensa.

This attractive villa is located near the peaceful area of la Font and comfortably furnished in modern style, with a flare of traditional Mallorca. The main entrance leads directly to a spacious yet inviting living/dining room.

Across from it is the kitchen, fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is provided with lots of natural lighting, and it has direct access to the swimming pool and barbecue area.

The villa has a spacious terrace that was recently modified with wooden beams which create a nice area to get away from the midday sun.

The pool is located after the lawn and the garden; it is a perfect area for children to play, under the shade and with no dangers around.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each one has a great mountain view from their respective windows.

Great Place!

We visited Can Baster for the third time. It is a really great place to spend your holidays. The house is very well equipped, very tidy and clean, and the pool is great fun. A good place for children as well as elder people.

Fantastic villa in a great location!

The description on the website does not do this property justice. It is a superb villa with character but with tasteful modern elements e.g, air conditioned rooms, large fridge, cooker etc. it boasts a large terrace with a rustic table and benches that easily sits 8 people with all their food. A comfy seating area plus a smaller breakfast table. There is also a raised outside terrace area where the outside built in barbecue and outside bread oven is located. A medium sized swimming pool and lovely garden. It also boasted a table tennis table outside that was used with a number of family tournaments being held. There was also a mid week maid service who changed all the towels and gave the villa a quick once over. It also had an outside washroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The villa itself is totally private with no other villa overlooking it and a large field in front of it and to one side. The villa was spotlessly clean and in great condition. It is sited around 1 kilometre from the town of Pollenca which in itself is virtually unspoilt by tourism. Pollenca itself had plenty of good quality restaurants and we took advantage of La Fonda, a real gem of a place. We had tried Il Gardino last year and that also excellent but would recommend making a reservation as all the restaurants filled up pretty quickly especially if you want to eat outside. here are quality patisserie and delicatessens in Pollenca to take advantage of to get your local pastries, meat and veg from with a market held on a Sunday morning. If you want a more tourist slanted area then Puerto Pollenca is the place to go but it is still not in the Magalluf league of tackiness! It has a classy marina with a number of good eating places. Would recommend the Stay restaurant. it also has a large beach area. A really nice cove within 10 mins of Pollenca to go to was Cala San Vincent. A small cosy, sandy/some pebbles beach that was safe to swim and snorkel in with lifeguards in attendance as well. Pollenca benefits from not having any British themed pubs (hooray!!) but Puerto Pollenca has a couple with karaoke etc. ok if you like that sort of thing. Our family age range ran from 54 to 21 but the younger elements (the majority) were more than happy to spend the evenings in the peace and tranquillity of the villa or Pollenca (I think they've had their fill of partying in university!!). Finally, the owners were brilliant to us - muchas gracias.
