Photos and Description of the Benahavis vacation rental 3 Bedroom house to sleep 6 in Benahavis, near to Marbella & Puerto Banus

Situated in undoubtedly the prettiest urbanization in Benahavis & recently refurbished our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & guest cloakroom, and comfortably sleeps 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, large American style Fridge/Freezer & dishwasher. A washing machine & tumble drier are also provided. If you tire of the sun and scenery (!) then we have a TV, DVD player & CD player in the lounge. There is a lovely patio to the rear, a sun terrace on the roof & the house faces a large free form swimming pool set in mature, beautifully manicured gardens. This is the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday in a home from home. The village itself is a delightful pueblo, with narrow cobbled streets, that still keep the original Moorish layout, pretty houses, a few shops & a simply amazing choice of restaurants. There are a few shops for essentials (including freshly baked bread), a pharmacy, banks & some lovely galleries including the famous sculptor David Marshall.

  • We charge a £100 security deposit, which is returnable 14 days after completion of holiday, dependant upon satisfactory inspection of property.
  • A cleaner can be provided at a charge of €15 per hour, payable locally. All bookings of less than 7 days are subject to a cleaning surcharge of £25 to cover cleaning costs.
  • Babysitters can be provided on request. Please ask for further details.
