Bouganvillia & Mediterranean Plants and Vines abound.The covered BBQ area and outdoor kitchen facilitate Al fresco cooking of meals to be enjoyed under the Shaded Front Porch with its outdoor dining facilities and rocker sofa for a nap afterward. The Seaside resort of Nerja can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, 10 Mins by the regular bus service or 25 min walking with more Beaches, Shops, Bars, and Restaurants Nightlife, and All Holiday Facilities, Fifty minutes from Malaga Airport (low cost flights), - SNOW SKIING - 90 minutes drive away in the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort - GOLFERS - Three 18 hole courses are within a short drive - WALKERS and BIKERS - To the rear the villa backs directly onto the Sierra Tejada and Almijara National Park giving easy access to lots of walks and bike rides for all ability levels. Numerous enchanting 'Whitewashed Villages' are scattered across the inland hills which are perfect for short-trips - Granada, Marbella, Seville, Gibraltar, Ronda, Cordoba and Costa del Sol resorts all accessible for day trips.

  • BEDROOM ONE:- Has a large double bed with views down to the sea over the Pretty Cliff Top village of Maro through large double windows, with bedside tables and lights, a vanity mirror, three chests of drawers and lots of 'Andalucian Wardrobe Space' BEDROOM TWO :- Has two good size single beds, a bedside table and light with windows overlooking the forests of the Sierra Tejada and Almijara National Park to the rear and plenty of storage space. BEDROOM THREE :- Has a single wrought iron framed bed in pretty room with window overlooking the gardens. ALL bedrooms are furnished in typical bedlinen much of which is hand crafted, and in the cooler months we provide high quality Nordic quilts to keep our guests nice and cozy.

Notes: The rent includes water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels (including beach towels). Arrival / Departure days are flexible all year round as we understand that mid week flights are much more economical. Arrival time 16.00; departure time no later than 10.00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals Though where possible we will always try to accommodate earlier / later arrivals / departures depending on our schedules and commitments. Change of linen and towels is provided on the 7th day then weekly. Extra days at pro-rata cost. Discounted rates for long lets, low season, A holding deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of booking. A refundable damage deposit of £100 / €150 Euros is required on arrival. Child's high chair and cot can be provided. AIR CONDITIONING is provided in the master bedroom and low noise ceiling fans in the twin bedroom and living room. The PRIVATE POOL varies between 1.30 and 1.50 meters deep and is 6m long by 4m wide
