Boasting a covered veranda overlooking the Apalachicola River, and elegant fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances, an open concept living area great for entertaining, a beautiful master suite with luxury bath and all within just a few blocks of everything Apalachicola has to offer in the form of restaurants, shopping, antiquing and more. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large modern kitchen open to the great room, laundry facilities and a private elevator. Enjoy sunrise views over the Apalachicola river from the Veranda.

About Kathy Robinson

The High Cotton Marketplace in which the Swan is located was completed in 2005. Since then the condos on the 2nd floor of each of the 8 commercial/residential units have been either private residences or have had light vacation rental usage. Now Robinson Real Estate Company manages up to 4 of the condos as Apalachicola's Upscale Condo Rentals.

Wonderful stay at The Swan

Condo was an excellent value for money!

-Overall impression - beauitful, upscale, and quiet place to stay. Will be at the top of my list for Apalach in the future!
-The kitchen was large and well appointed. We cooked almost every meal we ate in Apalach in it.
-Beds were comfy, and rooms were a nice size, with walk in closets. Bathrooms were lovely (esp. the master bath!)
- The porch was nice to sit on and watch the sun rise.
- Elevator was nice for transporting bags, and would be a great feature for anyone who has mobility impairments.
- Perfect location in the heart of Apalch. Apalachicola is a great place to visit! Great seafood, friendly people, lots to do.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Nice location.Lots of hiking and biking options.People extra friendly.Lots of seafood and great micro brewed beer.Small town but lots to see.Many interesting shops etc.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
