Photos and Description of the Famagusta vacation rental 3 bedroom apartment to sleep 6 on five star complex.

The apartment has a open plan kitchen, dining and living room leading on to a spacious balcony with table and chairs, ideal for dining. The 3 bedrooms consist of two twin bedded rooms and a double bedroom. There is dining for six people on the balcony and indoors with all the facilities in the kitchen to make a meal. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with overhead shower and screen and WC, shower room with enclosed shower and WC. There is a shared pool along with a children's pool.[unheated] Sun loungers are provided, shower rooms and communal toilets for convenience. The apartment has a wide screen satellite TV and DVD player along with a free selection of films. The Kyklades complex has an outstanding gym,wellness and spa centre with steam room, jacuzzi, salt cave, hair and beauty salon. Membership to the gym is complimentary for guests, other facilities are at extra cost.

Kapparis is situated in the Famagusta district of southern Cyprus. It is a beach resort close to its larger cousins of Pernera, Protaras and Ayai Napa. The beaches are five minutes walk away as are the bars, tavernas and restaurants. There is a large supermarket nearby, 2 minutes by car. There are many places of interest, such as the ghost town of Famagusta and historic churches. The area is ideal for cycling and walking along the coast is a pleasure. Ayai Napa is famed for its nightlife but also caters for families.It also as the beautiful Nissi beach. Protaras as also lovely sandy beaches and a lively nightlife. There is definitely lots to explore and do in this area, or if you wish take it easy by the pool or beach.

  • A 20% deposit is required to make a booking. Remaining balance to paid 6 weeks prior to departure along with a £75 security deposit, refunded after inspection within 10 days. For bookings less than 8weeks till departure, full payment is required. Full booking conditions are in our booking contract.
  • A mid stay clean will be done at no extra cost with a two week stay.Book two weeks and get a 10% reduction on the second weeks stay. Phone the owner for any last minute deals or specail offers.
