A new open plan modern apartment, located on the mountain side. Part of a 15 strong development, set away from the main road providing a peaceful setting overlooking the mountains of Tasyaka and the whole of Fethiye Bay. It is set within landscaped gardens which are maintained to a high standard. There is a mini-market very close to the apartment providing daily essentials and the Dolmus bus stop is just a few minutes walk providing good transport connections into Fethiye Town and surrounding areas, such as Olu Deniz for its fantastic beach with the impressive Blue Lagoon and Hisaranu for late night entertainment and dancing. Fethiye is a beautiful and picturesque town with its vibrant harbour, cobbled streets & historical sites. It has excellent restaurants, bars & cafes and fantastic shopping. The Tuesday market is very popular & boasts bargains on shoes, leather goods, clothes and a whole lot more.

Located on the hill above Fethiye the apartment commands views of the town and bay to the front and of an olive grove and area of historic interest to the side (these are believed to be the old walls of the town from the Lycian age). The holiday resorts of Olu Deniz, Hisaranou and Calis are all just a short bus ride away as is the major town of Fethiye that serves this area.
