This jewel sits on Sunset Lake, aptly named, as the sunsets viewed over the canopy of trees surrounding the building are spectacular. Sunset Lake canal joins the confluence of the exciting New River, and Port Everglades, an easy cruise ship size inlet to the Atlantic Ocean. This plush residence has affording views of the intracoastal waterway, the Las Olas bridge and Fort Lauderdale Beach on one side and the rising cityscape of downtown Fort Lauderdale to the west.
