The urbanisation Senorio de Aloha is located in Nueva Andalucia which is ideally situated, being within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, beach and a 2-minute drive to Puerto Banus. The local area is full of amenities for people of all ages. It is surrounded by 4 of the best golf courses on the Costa Del Sol and also has a Casino, as well as a buzzing nightlife. The apartment has stunning views over the mountains and down to the Mediterranean to Marbella Town. It has underground parking and the use of 3 swimming pools situated in the communal grounds. The lounge/dining room leads onto a spacious private terrace with fabulous views to the sea and mountains. Both bedrooms look out onto the garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances plus utility room.

There are excellent beaches and marinas in the area which offer many water sports including water-skiing, jet skiing, fishing and scuba diving. There are many activities for children along the coast and numerous Golf courses in this area of the Costa del Sol. Every Saturday there is a huge market within walking distance of the apartment.

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, balance payable 8 weeks before departure.

    A damages deposit of €150 to be paid and refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure, subject to satisfactory inspection of property.

    Cancellation charges apply and initial deposits are non-refundable.

    Bathroom towels and linen are provided. Beach and pool towels are not provided.

    If the length of stay is less than one week there will be an additional charge to cover cleaning and laundry costs.
