Punta Gorda Condo Rental Photos and Description
2 bedroom, 2 bath, fifth floor unit with harbor view!!
Welcome. Enjoy your stay in SW Florida at Burnt Stores' Harbor Towers overlooking Charlotte Harbor and points west. Relax on the balcony and enjoy wonderful Florida sunsets.
This is a fully equipped condo (complete with Wireless, DVDs, Netflix, HuluPlus and a full kitchen). A comfortable living room, and 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The lanai is perfectly situated to miss the afternoon heat and benefit from the prevailing breeze.
Enjoy the pool or spa or just lay out and enjoy the rays! Hey, you can even cook lunch or dinner at the grills by the pool. All in a resort style location.
Burnt Store Marina is a gated community with restaurants and a 27-hole golf course (and the courses are some of the better manicured executive courses I've played at in SW Florida).
It's an easy drive to Punta Gorda or Sanibel and Captiva Islands where you're sure to find shopping, beaches, local arts, great food and drink, as well as, a host of memorable activities.
Take the time to discover South Florida... even Orlando or Miami are just a couple hours drive.

About David Pry
We go down to the SW Florida area for all the R&R we are looking for... We loved the location of Burnt Store and use this as a 'home-base' to relax after the beach and boating.
David Pry purchased this condo in 2012
Why David Pry chose Punta Gorda
We looked all around the Sanibel Island Area, Punta Gorda and Cape Coral to find that Burnt Store Marina has the best mix of relaxation and activities for a destination getaway. Only 20 minutes to Punta Gorda to the north or the Cape Coral area just south... then over to Sanibel Island, Captiva... of course to 'The Mucky Duck' for Margaritas!
What makes this condo unique
Check out the art stores on Matlacha, one of the stops on the way to Pine Island. Great ice cream there (who would think). What can you say about Sanibel Island except... wow. Great beaches, swimming, shelling... Maybe go north to Punta Gorda on the weekend. Great small town with a lot to see and do right on the water.
