Recently renovated 2 bedoom, 2 bath, with a King bed in master and 2 Queen beds in 2nd room. New carpet, paint, slate entry, granite counters and new appliances. Unit has a washer/dryer, 3 flat screen televisions, wi-fi, DVD player, stereo, gas fireplace, fitness room, walking distance to shops & restaurants, shuttle and gondola to Beaver Creek.

We have always loved visiting Colorado, so we recently decided to purchase our own place and want to share it with others. This property fits all of our families needs and we want other people to experience what we enjoy about Colorado, the outdoors, Avon, Beaver Creek and this beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom condo.

My family of five recently rented this unit for a Spring Break ski trip. It was a nice unit with everything we needed. We would stay there again on future visits.

I would stay here again! It is the perfect size for 4 people. The place is in great shape,
We loved the underground heated parking.
The elevator is nice, we did not have to haul our bags up stairs.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers
