Indian Palms Country Club is a great place to spend your winter or vacation. There are 27 holes of championship golf available to you and your guests. The house is large and open with over 1500+ sq. ft. and a double car garage. It has new carpet and tile flooring and is freshly painted. From the gas BBQ and patio table to the bedding, linens and cookware the place is completely set up for your convenience. Little touches like a Keurig coffee maker and drink blender make it feel like home. Just bring your desire to have fun in the sun (the patio gets lots of it). The pool and spa are close by.

We are located near shopping, many other golf courses, numerous Vegas-style casinos, the Polo Club and the Coachella and Stage Coach festival venues. There is a boutique hotel onsite for your extra company. Also located on the grounds is a fitness center, tennis courts and a restaurant and bar.

We are Canadians who love, love, love PS. One of us has been coming to PS for years golfing, the other for shopping! Our property manager is a long-term resident in the PS area and is a wealth of information. She's awesome and treats our guests like family.

We knew we wanted to be down in PS in our 'old' age and thought better now than later! Indian Palms has everything we need and more. The compound is fully self-contained and we need never leave if we don't want to. There's more than enough to keep us busy and lots of good people to get to know.

What makes this bungalow unique

We loved the open concept of the floor plan as well as the two master suites. There is privacy for everyone. It's a great place to entertain or be on your own - either way it's comfortable and clean.

Close to the on-site restaurant and golf pro shop. The Indian Palms Country Club is also home to the John Jacobs School of Golf and is also near many other favorite golf courses that are only a short drive away.

The Polo Cub is less than a 5 minute drive away and El Paseo is just minutes away for upscale shopping and world class dining. The Palm Springs museum, Patton museum, as well as the air museum are a short drive away.

Many Vegas-style casinos are also close by.

We enjoyed our stay, to say the least! The property was exactly as described: highlights for us were the Indian Palms location, the two master suite floor plan, the patio and grill, the open floor plan, the friendly neighborhood, the breakfast buffet at the Indian Palms restaurant, and the beautiful community landscaping. We also appreciated working with the owner and the property manager to make certain that we were able to use the fitness center, the tennis courts and the large pool. Thank you - we would certainly rent this property again.

My husband and I decided to rent a house instead of staying at a hotel during the recent Thanksgiving holiday so that we could enjoy our kids and grand kids when they came to visit and this home was perfect for us. The property is clean, updated and quiet. I would have to say that the photos that are online do not do this home justice. The amenities are just wonderful....you can just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home. The property manager was extremely easy to work with and we enjoyed it so much that we've already booked our Christmas holiday there.
