3 bedroom, 2 bath home close to the attractions.

Enjoy a private retreat while soaking up the attractions of Florida. The 'Newton Model' Home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms all fully furnished with well lit exterior and security system.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. TV's, phones and expanded cable in all bedrooms and living room.

Enclosed private pool and hot tub. Perfect for Snowbirds, your Magical Family getaway, or a relaxing friend's holiday.

We love Highlands Reserve for the quiet community and beautiful country-like atmosphere. We find it very easy to commute in this area to all the theme parks and shopping. Our home is close to Disney, we are 8 miles to the main gates.

What makes this house unique

Our home has beautiful upgrades and is very clean and comfortable. We love the fact that there is a handy Publix grocery store minutes from the door and enjoy all the comforts of home in our Florida home.

We have just returned from our stay in your wonderful home. The service you provided before, during and at the end of our stay was outstanding. The home was very clean and the pool was an instant hit. The nice friendly touches such as pool towels aswell as bath towels, books to read and DVDs to watch, as well as tea bags were very welcome. Although a problem with the WiFi, this was sorted as soon as possible. The close proximity of a supermarket was an added bonus, and we have to recommend the pizza take out. Universal and Disney were within easy reach, but a sat nav is a must. I would have no hesitation in recommending your home to my friends. Thank you again.

This was the second time we have rented a house using VRBO and it could not have been better. It was very clean and very well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. I didn't get to spend much time in the pool area, but it was also very well maintained. If and when we come back to Orlando, this house would be the first one I would try get.

An absolutely wonderful family vacation!

The house is beautiful and a perfect location for shopping and easy access to the various parks. We enjoyed several days in the pool and after a busy day at the park it was nice to come back and barbeque dinner and relax.
We will definitely stay at this vacation rental property again!

Great Vacation Home!!

We could not have chosen a better vacation home to rent. Our family stayed at this home for our vacation in February. We had excellent communication from the first inquiry, owners were willing to offer as much information as possible on their property, and always showed a sincere interest in making our stay a most pleasant one! The house is in a great location, only a few miles away from most attractions and away from the chaos!! It is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub was in excellent condition, which we used alot.
Thank You, We can't wait to go back to this home again!

The perfect home away from home! The place is set up with everything you could possibly need/want and more. It made for a great get-away with our 18-month old. Lovely place to stay, warm weather and tons to see and do close by. What more could one ask for? Would love to go back again!
