Stay right on the lake.

The is the family house boat of the former Mayor of Phoenix. They use it quite often, however when not being used by the family and friends it is available for rental in the slip. It has 4 state rooms and a bunk room two bath rooms. Food can be prepared in the kitchen complete with a eating area or on the roof top barbecue and and wet bar.
About Taylor

My name is Skip Rimsza I am married to Kim. We have triplets and two adult children. We fly to Powell 4 or 5 times a year and really have a blast on the lake

Taylor purchased this house boat in 2003
Why Taylor chose Page

This is unique because it is our private boat and is not group owned. Kim and I work to keep it in perfect condition. We do no offer this boat to take out of the slip. If you want to enjoy staying on the water in the slip this is a lot of fun.

What makes this house boat unique

Rather than stay in town hauling yourself and your boat to and from the water. You stay in our floating summer home.

Lake Powell is 189 miles long and has 1800 miles of shoreline. Glen Canyon Dam holds back the mighty Colorado river to create the lake. You must have a national park pass to enter the lake. Its $30 for an annual pass.
