The building is from the XIX century and has been recently renovated to provide you all the needed comfort for the city short breaks.

Cozy studio located in the Oporto city centre. Recently refurbished XIX c first floor building, has three large windows to the main street and offers one double bed, large sofa bed , WC with shower and fully equipped kitchen. Linen and towels provided.

Porto has an excellent new airport (received ACI Airport Service Quality awards last year) and several companies operating. Ryanair established recently a hub. Airport is connected to the city centre by Metro.

The city of Porto is one of Europe’s most ancient tourism destinations, chosen by many tourists and visitors. The city is located in the estuary of the Douro river in northern Portugal. One of Portugal's most internationally famous products, Port wine, is named after the city because it is produced in, and shipped from the area. In recent years, UNESCO recognised Porto's historic centre as a World Heritage Site. Among the architectural highlights of the city, the Oporto Cathedral is the oldest surviving structure, together with the small romanesque Church of Cedofeita, the Gothic Igreja de São Francisco (Church of Saint Francis), the remnants of the city walls and a few 15th-century houses.

We found the apartment to be exactly as described by the owner and the photos on the website. The property is very clean and well-maintained, it was excellent as a base to visit Porto for a couple. However being central, it could be reasonably noisy at night, but would only really be difficult for the lightest of sleepers.

We chose this apartment over a hotel room and we were very satisfied with our choice, and would book again.
