First the many positive things: the apartment was very clean, provided all the facilities described on the webpage (very nice kitchen with microwave and fridge and all the things you need for cooking) and has an excellent location for exploring Porto. The owner of the apartment was very nice and also helped us to find our way around Porto.
There were only some aspects which we did not like that much but which in no way hindered us to pass an excellent week in Porto: first, the apartment was much smaller than expected and the fact that there was no wardrobe made a stay of 1 week with 2 children a bit complicated; second, we did not manage to open the windows (or lets say we managed once and it then took us half an hour to close it again) which made the air in the apartment a bit stuffy and third, the apartment has wooden floors which makes your moves and especially those of your children very noisy for the people living in the apartment underneath you.
But overall we did not regret our choice and can only recommand the apartment for couples or families with 1 child.

We really enjoyed our stay in Porto and the apartment was great. Mr Martins was really helpful supplying a cot and waiting for us when our flight was delayed for 2 hours. The apartment is in a very central location in the middle of the city, close to restaurants, bars and shops, and the central train station. The metro from the airport is only 15 minutes walk. Because is so central the street is pretty noisy at night.
The apartment is spotlessly clean and new renovated with everything that you'd need for a short visit including wireless internet access - no washing machine though. Its a studio apartment so probably best for a couple or young family. Highly recommended.

We had very good holidays in Porto , and this great studio helped a lot . Excellent location in city center , coming and going to airport is easy and cheap using metro .
We loved the architecture and decoration - not too large but convenient for some days.
If we return to Porto , we surely come back .
