House details.: HOUSE DESCRIPTION. THE LOUNGE is a spacious 27x17 with dining table for 6 persons 2 couches one being a sofa(bed) & CD player. THE FAMILYROOM has access to the pool through patio doors There is a TV & DVD with LIVE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE & CUP GAMES in this room. THE KITCHEN has all that you will need to make your stay enjoyable, with breakfast bar & kitchen table. THE MASTER bedroom has a queen size bed, & TV. A large en suite bathroom with seperate his/her vanity units, large shower enclosure, bath. Hair drier, child's cot. THE GUEST double bedroom has a full size bed & TV. THE TWIN room has DVD,VCR/TV(tapes) CD & games cube.(games) These rooms share a bathroom with vanity unit bath/shower A hair drier is provided. T THE GARAGE GAMES ROOM has pool/air hockey cable TV, boogie box, dartboard. The large pool has a covered hot tub/pool side bar(seats 2) .There is patio seating for 4, with 2 loungers. A highchair & cot is free of charge. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
COVERED HOT TUB & POOL SIDE BAR: There is a covered heated hot tub(free heating) at the pool area. This can hold 4 persons. So you can ease the aching bones after a hectic day at the parks, or you can have a cold drink at the covered pool side bar. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
RESTAURANTS & SUPERMARKETS ETC.: There are a few restaurants located with two miles of the house. These include, Papa Johns Pizza, Thai Cuisine, several Chinese Restaurants, Subway, Dominoes Pizza,Mc Donald's, Italian Restaurant, Pizza Hut, American Steakhouse, Beef O Bradys Bar/Restaurant where they show LIVE UK FOOTBALL. A There are approx 20 other eating places within 3 miles. There are several publix grocery stores with in two miles in either direction as you exit the community. With another two 3 miles away. A WALL MART superstore is two miles away. There are plenty of convenience stores & several petrol stations within two miles. There are many tourists shops on highway 192 with several flea markets.

JUNE THE PROXIMITY TO THE PARKS WAS FABULOUS: DICKSON FAMILY: HULL: JUNE EVERYTHING WE EXPECTED & MUCH, MUCH MORE. BRILLIANT. DAVIES FAMILY: ST IVES: JULY IT WAS SO MUCH MORE THAN WE EXPECTED: DAVIES FAMILY: AUGUST THE VILLA IS PERFECT & THE HOT TUB A REAL LUXURY.
