3 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms (Sleeps 7, but 8 if it's a child)

Your picture perfect beach house just 1.5 blocks from beautiful Redondo Beach. Start your morning with a stroll to the beach as you will enjoy views from Palos Verdes to Malibu or steps away to the Redondo Pier.

The entire house has been remodeled with beautiful furniture and furnishings for a luxurious family vacation, business trip or a romantic get-away as the pictures speaks for themselves. All new furniture and amenities.

There are three bedrooms w/ one of them being a pass through. Two of the bedrooms offer queen beds, third bedroom has a twin, full and trundle bed. Living room has a 50” flat screen HDTV w/ DVD player and XBox and Wii for the kids. All three bedrooms have HDTV w/ FIOS, DVD players and access to free movies on Netflix. Third bedroom has a desk w/ new PC computer offering internet access and MS suite for those who need to work as well as a color printer (to print boarding passes and such). Master bedroom has a beautiful travertine shower enclosure and hallway bathroom has a stunning shower and tub.

This home has ALL the amenities you could need in a home, includes:

We have stayed at many expensive hotels, and the amenities they offer pale in comparison to those offered at this beach home. It is a comfortable, classy and clean place with every modern convenience.
Everything you could possibly need or want for a day at the beach is provided. The same applies if you want to go bike riding. If there is a rainy day, you will not be bored. There are also great restaurants in the area.

Bic is a very special lady and has gone above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one.
She responds to you immediately and is eager to accommodate your request. Thank you, Bic.

We stayed here two weeks (4/23-5/7/13), and we were sorry to have to go. We would definitely rent
this place again without hesitation.

This home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. Walking distance to everything. Comfortable beds, Plush linens and clean as a whistle. I highly recommend this rental for couples, families, or anyone looking for a home away from home near the beach.

In one word: PERFECT

We have stayed in many places throughout the years, but our experience at this property was, by far, the absolute best. The owner strives to give her guests a five-star hotel experience, but she does so much more than that. The ease of the transactions, her attention to detail, and her kindness are incredible. I can assure you that the Ritz-Carlton does not leave little Cars presents for 3-year-old boys who are looking forward to their first trip to Disney Land.

Everything we could possibly want was waiting for us. When the owner learned that our younger child still slept in a crib, she offered to have a pack-n-play set up at the house so that we would not have to ship ours. Not only was the house immaculately clean when we arrived, but she had spring flowers waiting for us! The house looks small from the street, but it is expansive inside with tons of windows to let in natural light. We had three adults and two young children stay for eight nights, and not once did we feel cramped. We also found it to be extremely quiet at night, even though it's off a fairly busy road.

The house is an easy five-minute walk to the beach (and that's with a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, so divide that time in half if you're not constantly stopping every 30 seconds to answer "Why?"). The owner has stocked the house with bikes, boogey boards, tons of beach toys, beach towels, skateboards, and just about anything you can possibly think of for a fun day on the sand. The kitchen is fully loaded, and the grill makes dinner a breeze. (That is, if you're not eating at/ordering take-out from one of the many fabulous Thai restaurants nearby. Our favorite: Phuket Thai on the PCH.) The best part of our stay (a stay full of wonderful moments) was the night we had our family over for dinner and s'mores over the fire pit as the sun went down. Pure magic.

We visit our family in SoCal every other year, but after our stay this past week, we have decided that we will be visiting every spring and, we hope, staying here. We've already booked next year's stay. If you are looking for quite possibly the best rental experience at a very affordable rate, I hope you'll consider this property.

This home is better than the Ritz Carlton or Shutters in Santa Monica! It is beautifully appointed, great location and Bic quickly tends to every need. (Even those you didn't know you needed.). We stayed for 3 months to escape the Midwest winter and already plan to return next year.

Perfect Vacation!

Everything was perfect. Beautiful, very clean, relaxing home in a great location. This rental has everything you will need to feel at home and more! The decor is picture perfect. Comfortable beds, soft towels, completely outfitted kitchen, great grill for outdoor cooking. Our teenagers loved riding the beach cruisers, hanging out at the beach and the pier, and the candy jars in the kitchen! Fun to have the Wii, Xbox, and computer. Bic is great at checking in and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the Thursday Farmers Market for fresh fruit and veggies two blocks away. Very fun!
