Two Rockstars in their own 'Sports' and 'Professional Careers' making a business decision to 'Soak their Toes in the Sand' as much as possible when they can get away from their crazy busy everyday life. Not a better place to sit back and take it all in.
Our lil 'Peace of Sun' is quite, beautiful and is located in a very friendly area. It is 'tucked away' perfectly so that it's far enough from the busy but close enough to be in the middle of it whenever you choose!! The very easy walk to the beach is one of the best things about this property..a completely paved path right to the sand!
This property has a style of it's own. Friends and Family have lent their helping hands with our new masterpiece. With that help we have put a lot of personal heart into this property. In late November '12, we decided it was time for a fresh coat of paint....and paint led to a total redecorate!!!! We are extremely proud of the fact that we have been able to utilize materials once used somewhere else in our more updated look! The headboard & bathroom mirror frame are made from reclaimed oak torn from old horse stalls. The kitchen/catch all farm table was purchased so we are not sure of its previous life but the bench was made from shelves that came from my great Aunt's convenient store. The hand towel 'hook' came from that same store where it's original job in life was to display bags of potato chips! The shelving in the open closet was made from the shutters of an old home of a very dear friend of mine. The shelf over the farm table came from scrap redwood of that very same friend's new home. It's truly been exciting to put those personal little touches on the condo & we trust that you will feel as much at home there as we do!!!!
