If you like the tranquility of the country side and beaches this is the perfect place, in the town of Santiago do Cacém. Luxury villa with 14 bedroom, house inserted in rural zone, extremely reassured, 45 minutes of the Troia golf, 1h30m from the capital Lisbon and only 10 minutes from beaches of vincentina coast, like Porto Covo, São Torpes and many others. The house is composed by hall with living room, two floors, industrial kitchen, 14 bedrooms, all with private w.c., plasma TV, and wardrobe. Games room with snooker, billard, bar and cinema. Inside, also a gym and heated pool. In the outside, a big swimming pool, automatic gate, garden lawn land walled and sealed. The house is equipped with heating and a maid is included to take care of the rooms. A maid to cook could be included with an extra fee.
