Private, quiet, 1-bedroom, oceanview condo

Located just steps from the beach, our condo provides easy access as well as unobstructed views from any room or balcony. It's private location provides the peace and quite you are looking for. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Newport is centrally located on Oregon's scenic coastline. It features and impressive array of restaurants and galleries as well as the Newport Performing Arts Center. The picturesque bay front is a place that you can buy fresh seafood right off the boats and offers plenty of attractions like the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, the Hatfield Marine Science Center, Rogue Ale Brewery, and many unique shops and galleries. Fishing and whale-watching trips are also available at the bay front. Across the street is the Agate Beach Golf Course, open to the public.

From our condo you can catch a glimpse of the light from the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse. The lighthouse is a great place for whale watching or exploring the nearby tide pools.

There are many events throughout the year. Some of the most popular are the Newport Seafood & Wine Festival in February, a Farmer's Market runs every Saturday from May until October and the Newport Jazz Festival in October.

Nye beach is next door to Newport and is a quaint town with many restaurants, bookstores and shops of its own as well as easy access to the beach. Be sure and say hi to James at the Chowder Bowl for us!

As if there isn’t enough to do in Newport a short drive to the north takes you to Depot Bay with it’s amazing harbor and then to Lincoln City where you will find the Chinook Winds Casino, Outlet Mall, and McMenamins Restaurant. You will see many antique stores along the way as well as the beautiful city of Salishan with its fine shops and beautiful golf course.

To the south of Newport you will find horseback riding on the ocean dunes as well as the world famous Sea Lion Caves.

Our peaceful condo is the perfect location for those who just want to relax and enjoy the view as well as those who prefer a more active vacation. Nearby attractions include the Yaquina Head Lighthouse with tide pools, whale watching, and museum, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Rogue Ale Brewery, quaint Nye Beach, shopping along the Newport bay front, and many fine restaurants, bookstores, and shops. Three golf courses are within a 20 minute drive including the Agate Beach Golf Course across the street.
