This truly beautiful home is in an enviable position overlooking ST FINIAN'S BAY and the world famous SKELLIGS ROCK. The pier and beach are only a five minute walk and with the Skelligs Rock in the background is truly a majestic sight. With a welcoming warmth inspiring decor and thoughtful touches this property offers 4 bedrooms 3 doubles and 1 single 3 which are en suite master bedroom has a jacuzzi. It has an open plan kitchen /dining room, living room with an open fire, it also has a large living room upstairs with electric stove. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with relaxing colour schemes and is tastefully decorated throughout. It also has all the mod cons including dishwasher, washer/dryer microwave, DVD player, radio, satellite TV. Outside you have a tar macadem driveway, a good sized lawn with patio area, picnic bench and garden seat. The property in its elevated position has superb views of the Atlantic and rugged countryside.

The GLEN is a small area surrounding ST FINIAN'S BAY and is well endowed with natural beauty. It is a haven for all outdoor activities including swimming (where a quiet sandy beach is just a five minute walk away). Fishing (pier only 500meters from house), walking, surfing, horse riding and of course its spectacular views of the SKELLIG ROCK where a visit is a must, boat trips are available from the local fishing village of PORTMAGEE. For the golfer there are two courses in WATERVILLE which is just a short drive away. For the chocolate lovers, we have our very own chocolate factory where you can see and taste these handmade sweets. The Impressive GLEN sloping down from the mountains towards the Atlantic sea is the most westerly situated community in Europe and is a gem not to be missed.

Walking, Hill Walking, Cycling: The Glen is ideal for walking or cycling, where walks up to Bolus Head or Moyrisk is a must, with breathtaking views of the Iveragh Penninsula can be seen.

Skellig Rock: The Skelligs Rock is probably the most famous attraction in Ireland, records date back as far as the 7th century. The Glen is in an unique situation that from every part of it , the Skelligs can be seen. The sun set over Skellig Michael is truly an unforgettable experience. Trips can be arranged from the nearby fishing village of Portmagee, where seafood is a specialty.
