Villa Tanja is placed inside Old Town of Dubrovnik, in historically protected monumental area, just few meters from church St. Ignacius and the Cathedral, and approximately 150m from Old port of Dubrovnik. It is located on the ground, first and the second floor and entails two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. On each floor is one double bedroom with a view on the street, rooftops, city walls and church st. Ignacius. On the terrace is possible to enjoy in silence and relaxed in shadow of trees.In the garden behind house grow organic orange, fig and nut trees. Your peace and privacy are guaranteed as the rear of the home including the garden are completely obscured from view. The garden has a stone fence while the terrance is shielded with grape vines, which provide excellent shade in the warm summer months. The terrace also boasts a table with 6 chairs. Here one can enjoy all the peace and tranquility of the country while being in the heart of the Old Town.

  • The Villa has 2 spacious bedrooms. On each floor is one double bedroom. The bedroom on the first floor has an extra large double bed, a large dresser/armoir, 2 bedside tables, a desk, a full-length mirror and two windows. From the windows one has views of the historic red-tiled rooftops of the Old City, the city walls, Fortress Minceta, ramparts and church bells of St. Ignacius. On the second floor is a romantic (pink) bedroom with a large bed, a large dresser/armoir, two bedside tables, a desk, a full-length mirror and 2 windows with views of Mount Srdj overlooking the Old-Town, the red-tiled rooftops of the Old City and the imposing arch at the onset of the street. Each room is also equipped with heating, should it ever be required!

In one corner of the living room is a comfortable sofa-bed from which to watch (Satellite) Television. In another corner is the eating area with a table that seats 6-8 people. The table is best used for vibrant summer celebrations and feasts or playing board games and chess to relax while in between activities . The fold out sofa is suitable for 2 adults at night. From this room, one is also able to walk out to a lovely open terrance overlooking a garden.
