In a private estate near Sogucak, about 20 minutes drive from the centre of Kusadasi, and half an hours walk from the sea. The beautiful panoramic sea view overlooks the bay of Kusadasi and the Greek island Samos. If you are looking for an accommodation where you can relax, eat and drink, enjoy culture, nature and nightlife, then this villa is the one for you. The local farm shop is just 10 min walk - good for fresh bread in the morning. A good sized Supermarket is 5 min on the “dolmus” step-on, step-off minibus service which drives past the estate every 5 minutes in summer. The dolmus will take you to Sogucak or Kusadasi. The local restaurants at Diamond Beach and in Kusadasi will offer a free taxi service to pick you up from the villa and take you home. Water-skiing, parasailing, surfing etc....it is all possible! Adaland is the biggest aqua park in Europe with more than 20 fantastic rides and the chance to swim with dolphins and a trainer!

Kusadasi has the only deep water port on Turkey’s Aegean coastline and therefore enjoys the frequent docking of the cruise ships. It is for this reason that it has become one of Turkey’s top holiday destinations and a shopper’s paradise. Here you will find restaurants to meet every taste and palate including many serving authentic Turkish cuisine at fabulous prices. At night Kusadasi comes alive for everyone from those who want a quiet evening stroll on the promenade to those who prefer to party. A visit to nearby Ephesus is a must. Mehmet is always around to help you, and he will take care of the pool. In the evening, the garden is watered automatically. Expenses such as electricity, water and gas and end clean are included in the rental rate. When you are ready to book, we will send you the rental agreement per e-mail.

Five of us stayed in the villa for two weeks; me and my husband and our three children. Every amenity possible was available in the villa and local produce and supermarkets were close to hand too, which made our stay very comfortable. The pool, garden and decked area were fantastic, especially at night once the children were in bed and we could turn on the pool lights for ambience and relax with a nice glass of wine. Bliss!

The villa was fully and modernly equipped and was scrupously clean. Extra linen was available if required and the cold water bottle system was so convenient on the hot days. There was plenty of wardrobe space, a very well stocked kitchen and the utility room was great to have close to hand.

The villa was situated just off the road to Sogucak in a security gated complex, which contained only a handful of villas. It was a very tranquil setting and had a great feel about.

We only hired a car for a couple of days during our holiday, but this didn't matter as the dolmus bus would stop just outside on the main road to take us into Kusadasi. We even got a lift right back to the door from the general Turkish restaurants. What more could you ask for?

I would certainly not hesitate in recommending this villa again as we have never stayed in such high quality accommodation in the past. It was fantastic.

It was fantastic and exceeded all our dreams and wondering what the holiday would be like.
We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Mehmet was great and there any time, Leyla was fab with the car... and the villa was just out of this world! You are very lucky to own such a wonderful property!
The dolphins were fantastic an experience not to be missed! We all thoroughly enjoyed that! We went back later in the week to the park and had a day with the slides...and yes we went to Casablanca twice, very friendly people!
Thank you once again; for the clear communication throughout since booking, your help on various issues and again for the privilege of being able to stay in your home. Now we are back in rainy old England; but with good colour!!!!
