Owners picked this apartment as their own Paris retreat. It is perfectly located in a 'neighborhood' but near 4 metro line station and many bus routes. Super high security building.
Walk to Metro station (four lines) Bus routes - Champ de Mars and the Eifel Tower/Ecole Militaire. Market Bd. de Grenelle Sunday and Wednesday. Centrally located, high security and fully newly completely renovated Pied a Terre.
My wife and I spent almost two weeks at this place and would return again. The place is clean, secure, well located near the Metro and shops. The area has several shops and restaurants and had everything we needed. The apartment is very quiet considering the noise of the traffic and people in Paris. The apartment had all the facilities we needed including a well stocked kitchen and good wifi reception. The size of the apartment is amazing for Paris. We recommend it highly and would certainly try to book it again.
L'appartement est précisément conforme à la présentation. La chambre et la salle de bain sont vastes, confortables et parfaitement équipées. La cuisine suffisante pour de petits repas. Le séjour est agréable et dispose d'une bibliothèque multilingue très originale. Quoiqu'en rez de chaussée, l'ensemble est lumineux grâce à un jeu complexe de lumières. Dernier point positif: le calme.

The apartment is as described and very well set up for extended stays. The owner was very helpful at all times with quick responses to all queries including a late request for extra night. Check in was smooth despite late arrival. The apartment has plenty of room and fully self contained. There are both restaurants and grocery stores near by. It is in a quite and secure courtyard with no traffic noise. As with all ground floor apartments in France there can on occasion be noise form upstairs tenants moving around. Easy walk to metro if needed although many iconic structures such as Eiffel Tower can be reached by foot. It is an ideal area to base yourself in Paris and we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to prospective travellers
My husband and I spent a week in this very nice apartment. It is exactly as pictured on the web site. It is conveniently located on the ground floor with a nice courtyard outside. We felt secure and it was very quiet, which made our vacation very restful! The bathroom is a very nice size, with full bathtub and a separate shower. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom...which comes in very handy! There was plenty of closet space in the bedroom. The apartment is only about a block from the metro, which we took each day to tour various sights. Monoprix, a very nice market, is located only a couple of blocks away. Best of all, the owner, David, was very helpful and responsive. He always communicated in a timely manner and was very accommodating and gracious. We would definitely consider staying at this apartment again.
What an amazing apartment. Very well outfitted and located in an extremely accessible area. Major metro stop at walking distance. Superb restaurants, great street markets and of course Eiffle tower all also at walking distance. Will certainly stay there again!
The area the apartment is in is a much preferred area compared to the very busy city centre. It is well connected to public transport so no where is far in Paris. It is a 5 mins walk to Champs du Mars. A good supermarket Monoprix is nearby. The apartment on the ground floor is very quiet, spacious and well appointed in all rooms. Extensive wardrobes and a large and comfortable bed. The kitchen is well designed and functional. I say this because many European kitchens are often a tiny maze. The bathroom was a welcomed sight again with more space than usually expected. Wifi was excellent and did not drop out once. I would highly recommend this apartment and compliment David (the owner) on his attention to detail and willingness to oblige throughout the booking process and following. Without any hesitation I would definitely return to this apartment. Thank you David.
