Charming, quiet villa a few minutes drive from Porto Santo Stefano village. The villa is surrounded by a private garden and is immersed in Mediterranean scrub, with extraordinary see views from its windows and from its numerous terraces. The large outdoor spaces are equipped with wood table and chairs, deck chairs, beach umbrellas. The property is on two levels, with three double rooms (one with two single beds) and one single room, five bathrooms (four provided with shower and bidet), washing machine, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge), dining room, a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV. Air conditioning. Private parking.

Many other attractions can be easily reached from Porto Santo Stefano: the beautiful Giglio and Giannutri islands (by ferry from Porto Santo Stefano) with their sunny beaches and clear water, Porto Ercole village and its Spanish fortresses, the two long sandy beaches of Giannella and Feniglia (this last one is part of a natural park), Orbetello village with its lagoon and its ancient buildings.

Just a bit further away are the medieval village of Capalbio and the closeby Tarocchi Garden created by the french artist Niki de Saint Phalle, the wine road to Montalcino, the Monte Amiata, the Saturnia Baths, the ancient villages of Pitigliano and Sovana, the wonderful city of Siena.
