This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is tastefully furnished with a full sized bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on the 11th floor in a elevator building, you will be high up away from much of the city noise. Everything you need for a great time in NYC, this apartment is literally in the heart of it all. You are walking distance to many attractions, like the Empire State Building, Herald Square, Madison Square Garden, Manhattan Mall, and many more! If you walk a couple of blocks and you will hit Korea-Town. You are also walking distance to almost all of the subway lines, Penn Station, and even Times Square (20 minutes). If you are into authentic Korean food, then this is the place you will want to eat, but if you're eager to venture out, again, this is the place to be. The apartment will also be equipped with cable TV and free Wi-fi internet. There is also laundry in the building.

You will experience great food as Korea-Town is just a couple of blocks away and if you're lucky, you may even catch a game at Madison Square Garden. It is close to many major subway lines and from there, you can get anywhere you want in Manhattan.

  • Upon check in you shall pay a $500 security deposit which is fully refunded upon check out once we have done a walk through of the apartment to ensure no damage has been incurred during your stay.
  • $100 cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 5 nights. All rental rates subject to applicable taxes.
  • Parties greater than 2 will be charged $20/per night per person in excess of 2 people. Late check-ins, Holiday and/or Sunday check-ins shall be subject to a $150 surcharge unless you choose a self check in process.

Location Location Location!: Located in Midtown, this location offers all the convenience, while being surprisingly quiet (as quiet as you can expect from midtown Manhattan, I suppose). The subways are about 2-3 blocks away, and the immediate neighborhood offers tons and tons of restaurants, and services such as nails salons, dry cleaners and laundries, bars, coffee shops, and even a supermarket in a 1 block radius. Make it a 2 block radius and you have a movie theater. The train stations are either a block or 2 East or West from the apartment. You will be in Times Square in 5 minutes, grand central in 5 minutes, Wall Street in 10-15, Soho in 10-15, or many of the museums in 10-15 minutes.

Have the Best of Both Worlds!: Don't stay in Times Square with all of the tourist traps! Stay in a true New York apartment, live like a New Yorker, in the middle of it all, but still in a real New York apartment. All of our guests have raved about this location for its historic charm, local convenience, and easy access to the rest of Manhattan.
