About Debbie Banning
We have been married for 35 years and have 3 children, and 4 grandchildren. We also have 2 black lab/german shepherd dogs. We grew up in the Northern Virginia/Maryland area and are currently living in the mountains of Virginia.
Debbie Banning purchased this house in 2002
Why Debbie Banning chose Holden Beach
We built this home in 2002 after renting many times at Holden Beach and other beaches with our 3 children. We decided it was time to build. We chose the west end of Holden Beach because of its wide and uncrowded beach and its location to the inlet for exploring. The sunsets are breathtaking!
What makes this house unique
We fell in love with the location of our lot due to its privacy, but most importantly because of its views from every window and porch. We can see the ocean, intracoastal waterway and marsh. There is a widow's walk going up from the top deck where you can see over the rooftop for a 360 degree view.
Please note that we now employ a personal property caretaker for your complete piece of mind vacation experience. Call Ken, Holden Beach HomeWatch, at (910) 842-6796 for any emergencies, requests, or for any general information.
Guestbook comments from the owner
"This was a lovely place to stay for our home away from home. The decor and bright, cheery atmosphere were very welcoming. The ample deck space was also perfect for watching the sunset and the waves caress the sand. It was like our own private beach at times!"
