DC and Baltimore Md. since the 1980's while practicing law before the FCC representing telephone companies, AM, FM, TV stations, paging and two way radio and filers for the 1st generation cell phone systems. Retired from the law practice in 1993, recently consolidated rental properties in Historic Fells Point.

Fells Point has a large commercial district, its own harbor, water taxi service, Under Armor water taxi (no fee), cobble stone streets, small to large historic homes (annual Mother's Day Open House), sidewalk cafe's overlooking the harbor! No where else in Baltimore can you relive what the past was like. In the 1960's Fells Point was scheduled to be destroyed the approaching interstate highway system.
