This is the Palm Springs vacation home of your dreams. This newly available mid-century modern home offers gorgeous views of the San Jacinto mountain range.

This stylishly decorated home is well-designed and well-appointed and is located in the desirable neighborhood of Deepwell in Palm Springs.

Upon arrival you are greeted by a large open floor plan — an invitation to indoor/outdoor living in the best Palm Springs tradition. Through a wall of sliding glass you'll find the pool, lush landscaping and mountain views.

The artfully designed private pool area includes plenty of furniture for laying in the sun or dining in the shade along with a saltwater pool and spa (gentle on the skin). Feel free to pick a piece of fruit from the grapefruit tree, while they are in season of course. Relax in the hot tub, or areas for finding sun or shade abound. Enjoy the lush lawn, outdoor dining furniture, and gas barbeque.

Special touches include polished tile floors and designer carpet underfoot; new state-of-the-art stainless appliances in the kitchen; and convenient indoor and outdoor dining areas. There are 2 high definition LCD TVs with full cable; wireless high speed Internet service; and an audio system.

We are hotel owners who wanted a property to rent for a family get together, that was in a great location, provided amenities such as pool/spa and fully furnished. The property had to have full electronics and free wi-fi. Also, we needed a pet friendly property. We would deffinitely stay again for all the reasons above. A real plus was that we could cook and bar b que with ease. Loved the mid century decor and the fine art. Glad that the owners care about who they rent to.

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway

The place was fantastic. The home is newly renovated with luxury finishes and a beautiful Master Suite. The pool/spa was great for the kids (we travelled with another couple and 2 toddlers). They include an infant fence to keep the pool guarded from wandering kids.

The kitchen is updated has everything we needed. There are great indoor/outdoor eating spaces which accomodate large groups. The location is very central with easy access to grocery shopping, and the dining and retail in downtown.

We took our kids to the Living Desert Zoo which was a hit. We ate on the patio at Copley's and had drinks at Melvyn's which were both outstanding. Can't wait to go back!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. From the beginning the homeowners were quick to respond to all of our questions and comments. They were so accommodating and really made us feel like our enjoyment was their top priority. The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot-tub were a personal family favorite. Stocked with everything you may need as well as the most recent electronics. The area was beautiful and quintessential of palm springs architecture. It was near main street and close to quaint little boutiques. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay while getting all the best Palm Springs has to offer.

Quiet neighborhood, great pool, plenty of lounge chairs, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, really nice bedrooms and kitchen. Plus it's close to restaurants and bars if you're looking to go out. Loved it!
