This home has beautiful architecture and decor throughout. It is U-shaped with a beautiful center courtyard looking out to the pool. Courtyards in front as well. Lots of southwest/mexican charm. Spacious throughout for family gatherings and/or a get together with friends.
This private property on 2&1/2 acres is completely fenced and gated so you will enjoy peace and tranquility, yet be central to all in Yuma - historic downtown Yuma, new Yuma mall, outdoor swapmeet, 2 Walmarts within 3 miles, 25 min. to river. There are citrus trees, a fig tree, palms, borders of oleanders and bougainvillas, and other native AZ trees - lots of shades.
Large MBR with pillowtop CA King bed, walkin closet & large shower/vanity. 2nd BR has queen sleep number bed, 3rd BR has queen bed and 4th room is an extra large room with King size bed and 1 daybed with trundle bed - perfect for a small family or group of kids. Large living room with comfortable sofas and chairs, 52in flatscreen TV with surround sound and fireplace. Family room with fold down sofa bed, 40in flat screen and game table. Large kitchen with breakfast counter seating as well as table dining. Beautiful Southwest dining table for 10 in formal dining room.
There is also plenty of room for RVs and boat trailers. We welcome all snowbirds, boaters, military families.
Spa heating is an Optional expense. Pool Heating is no longer available.

We had another home listed - it was a luxury rental in Canyon Lake, CA (Listing 186553) with over 40 five star reviews on VRBO. That property was sold in 2014.
We have been renting our other Hacienda home in Yuma since 2009 and due to high demand, we decided to buy another vacation rental property.

It was all by chance... We were actually looking and inquiring about an empty lot in front of this property for investment and had no intentions of buying another house. The owner persuaded us to take a look at his home for sale and we reluctantly agreed. The moment we stepped in, we fell in love with it, we knew we could not pass this up. We signed the papers within a couple of weeks and bought the house with all its content including a red convertible sports car. It was unreal.
We have made it ours since, and our family, friends and neighbors have enjoyed numerous stays on this property over the years for boating/river trips nearby The Hidden Shores Resort (25 minutes). Times have changed, we recently had our first baby, and friends/family got busy so we dont make it out here as much and now decided to open it up to the public to enjoy. We know you will find this retreat as special as we do!
The location is great if you want space and a chance to "get away from it all". There were only three of us, so we had a ton of space. We were there in January, so it wasn't really pool weather, but the hot tub was great, and the courtyard is a fantastic place to relax with a good book and enjoy the AZ sun.
The owners are fantastic. They are very eager to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. They were very responsive to every question or request that I put their way.

8 family members came from all parts of the country for a birthday celebration being held close by. The house is perfect for a large group of siblings and their spouses who don't get a chance to see each other often enough; plenty of room to gather and space enough for privacy! It was very affordable, clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back.
We rented this home for all the members of my immediate family attending the birthday party. The home was ideally located close to town and the airport. The home was very well equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals, bedding and towels for swimming. The home was well kept, clean, and afforded privacy to all occupants. An amazing find. My wife and I rented this home for multiple families to attend the wedding of our niece. It worked out perfectly as there were rooms and beds for everyone. A total of 10 including an infant, the baby slept with mom and dad. The house is laid out wonderfully with two separate living area's which gave everyone their space. The pool came in handy as it entertained young and old alike. The property is totally private with a gated driveway for added security on what I figured to be about 3 acres of land, situated in the agricultural part of Yuma so you are not in the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to everything. The house looked well maintained both inside and out and all the furniture was in good condition with the exception of the lounge chairs at pool side which just needed a little clean up. Bang for the buck this home was a great find in the Yuma area for our large family. Other family members stay at another location and this home was by far the better of the two. Aloha
Property is an enclosed 2 1/2 acres located among the last of the citrus groves and newer homes. You have privacy yet nearby all for convenience. Approximately 3 miles from Marine Corp Base, a few miles to the Yuma Mall, nearby Walmarts.
