This enormous stone villa has an immediate wow factor on arrival, with wide expanses of terrace sweeping down to the attractive pool area. Moving inside, spacious rooms are comfortably furnished in traditional country style to complement the character of the property, and the thick stone walls help maintain a naturally cool atmosphere. All in all, a fabulous opportunity to experience an authentic Provençale villa in the midst of awe-inspiring views. Stone built villa on two levels: Living-dining room with television, open fireplace and French windows on to balcony. Kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast room which has access to north terrace with gazebo. Guest WC. Two bedrooms on this level, each with double bed, one walking onto terrace. Bathroom. First floor: reading room, another double bedroom with private covered balcony, full bathroom. Entirely enclosed grounds with electric gate. Extensive tiered terraces with open views. Electric barbecue. Private swimming pool (10m x 4.5m).
