2 BR+ 2 1/2 BA Luxury Townhouse centrally located (Sleeps 4)

This new Townhouse finished in 2012 has all the latest features and great location with weekly activities at the windmill green. The townhouse offers 2 beautiful upstairs bedrooms both with flat panel TV/ DVD players and also ipad/ipod alarm clock radio hookups. Each room has a Queen Size bed. The Master bedroom has a full private bathroom.

The kitchen offers stainless appliances, convection oven, stone countertops and tile floors. The adjacent open Living room has hardwood floors and large flat panel TV and a queen size sleeper sofa. The dining area offers a relaxing Oceanside feeling with its décor, and after a day outside or on the beach it’s nice to have central airconditioning! The townhouse is located steps away from the windmill and just minutes from the national seashore and bayside beaches.

The Salt pond visitor center is located ¼ mile from our town house and offers fabulous bike trails and walks through the national seashore with breathtaking beauty and wildlife. You can also launch your kayak there and paddle to Nauset beach (one of the top ten beaches in the US) and into the many scenic miles of protected wetlands at your fingertips. The park also offers many guided tours including canoe trips.

The Cape’s Rail Trail is also located just a few minutes away by bicycle, another activity close at hand where you can travel town to town or skip the trail right to one of the many nearby ponds or beach front and cool yourselves with a quick dip or relaxing picnic. The flex bus is located just steps away from the house. For a small fee they will do all the driving for you and you won’t have to deal with the traffic! Let them bring you to the many cape towns and villages you would like to visit for the day.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets, and smoking is not allowed.

Cape Cod National seashore and visitor center are just around the corner.The local bus (the flexbus) stops on location all Cape town travel. Walking distance to historic buildings and landmarks of Eastham.
