Beautiful and Cozy Studio Apartment just a street from the beach.

This is a wonderful 11th floor Balcony ocean view Studio overlooking millionaire row, just a street away from the beach.

1 bedroom queen bed, 1 bathroom, walk-in closet with cabinet, small kitchen with mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and small sink. Tv, small radio, futon which turns into a queen bed. Studio is carpet. Has a big balcony with chairs a table and a small cooler.

Family size dining table.

Hello fellow travelers, my name is Jose Luis Varela. I am a very kind, outgoing Cuban young man. Our apartment is located in the city of miami beach with a splendid view of the beach and an excelent location with a low price for a great quality of entertainment and comfort.

What makes this studio unique

Waking up in the morning and going out on the balcony to the fresh ocean smell/breeze and seeing the beautiful sunrise or late at night to see the sunset over the ocean is priceless; the fact that its on an 11th floor makes it that much better!

My property is Located right on mid-beach and an area known as millionaire row, this being because of all the wonderful hotels and resorts Miami Beach has to offer. With a balcony view facing the ocean on an 11th floor over looking miami beach, which is just across the street.

I will provide a list of attractions that you must attend when checking in to your vacation home.

You have Bal Harbour Shops, one of miami's greatest and most high class malls, just 6 mins away, Aventura Mall about 15 mins away, and our Beautiful Lincoln Road (a must visit location, as it is an open mall with many shops, bars, and restaurants) number 1 hang out spot in the beach.

You also have Haulover Beach Park/Marina/Golf & Tennis, at 10 mins away, a beautiful place in which you can do all sorts of tours from snorkeling to deep sea fishing; and it is also where the nude beach is located.

Bayside Marketplace is also a great open mall to visit with many restaurants, stores, even some night clubs including miami's famous Bongos Cuban Cafe. This is also a great place for many attractions such as hot air ballon, yacht rentals, boat tours etc.

Some good eating mmmm....

Make sure to go to the delicious Prime 112 (this is a must do) just 10 mins south. Red the Steakhouse, Joe's Stone Crab and Sushi Samba for all you sushi lovers.

Now every one likes the nightlife! I mean thats what miami is famous for anyways right.... Well lets start by saying that Miami's hottest nightclub ''LIV'' and its sister ''Arkadia'' are just 4 mins away inside the beautifully renovated Fountainebleau. Also just a little more south a row of nightclubs all along Washington avenue. Make sure to also check out Mansion, Space, Set and Mokia!

Great Place to Stay in Miami Beach

This studio is a great deal in Miami Beach. It's one block from the beach with a view of the ocean from the balcony. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Parking was included and there were always spots to park in. Initially there was no wi-fi in the room but that was corrected the next day after we called. We'll definitely consider staying again next time we're in Miami Beach.

Great Location, A Few Details Lacking

Our party of four stayed here over NYE and had a great time! It was a 4 block walk to the public beach because there is private beach property directly in front of the condo building, though it does have an ocean view (sadly there is an unfinished building obscuring the view a little). We had plenty of room. The futon and ottoman turned into a full sized bed when laid out and pushed together as an additional space. Also we got a free off street parking space which was easy to use (not ever full) and a great addition especially for the area (just north of south beach).

Unfortunately, the elevator was in and out of service during our 4 day stay which was rough being on the 11th floor. I don't know how regularly that happens but some one was there on and off trying to fix it. The room has a lovely little balcony. There is a little kitchenette but it was enough to serve our needs as it is fixed up with pots, pans and dishes for four as well as and electric, 2 eye burner.

Finally, there was a lack of communication from the owner, which I am guessing had a little bit to do with it being over the holidays in which he was out of the country and did not communicate with me about how to check in until a few hours before we got there which was a little nerve racking. His mother stepped in since she was in the area and by the time we got there (we were road tripping) the check in was smooth. I'd suggest maintaining a steady flow of communication with the owner every few weeks if you book a few months early like I did. This might have alleviated this issue.

Overall, good stay!

I can't even begin to tell you what an amazing time my boyfriend and I had. We decided to take a last minute vacation and a friend of mine suggested checking out the website vrbo.com. I am typically partial to staying in hotels but the weekend we had here was such a treat that we will definitely be returning as soon as we can take another getaway. I only wish we could've stayed longer, and if I had any idea how perfect the location was and how accomodating and gracious Jose the owner was going to be, we would've made arrangements to spend at LEAST a week or two. This is by far the best place to stay in my opinion. I was completely BLOWN away at how much fun we had in Miami Beach and how convenient the location of the studio was to everything.
