Beautiful ski chalet house in an elevated position in the small hamlet of Ried on the outskirts of St Wolfgang, Austria. You are ideally located with the centre being only a 10 minute walk away, paths up the Schafberg immediately you leave the house, the ferry and Schafberg Cog railway within 5 minutes walk. Skiing at the nearby Postalm a 20 minute drive is ideal for the beginner and intermediate with skiing for the more experienced being 30 minutes away. You can swim in the lake in the summer months and the public bathing area is just a 2 minute walk from the house. It is a perfect place for the active family in summer, waterskiing, tube riding, diving, windsurfing, sailing, parascending are just some of the lake based activities. For landlubbers, tour the famous attractions, visit Salzburg, travel the famous cog railway, visit the ice caves and Dinoworld, hire mountain bikes and explore the area on the many trails.
