Come enjoy effervescent ocean breezes and sweeping views of the Atlantic from this beach house in the Amagansett Dunes. Perched high on top of a 30 foot dune just 100ft from beach, the house has 3 beds plus a den, 2 baths and a large Southwest facing deck, perfect for sunsets and BBQ's. All new furniture, carpeting and paint.

It a great beach house just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beach's in the states. I fell in love with how laid back amagansett is. BBQing on the deck, listening to the ocean and watching the sunset from here is amazing.
