This luxurious house is set in a small, peaceful complex. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite.There is a large fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. The living area has an open fireplace and leads to a covered dining area, garden and private pool. The house has marble flooring throughout and is fully air conditioned. The house also benefits from a rooftop terrace for all day sunbathing. The house and location is suited for families, groups and keen golfers.The area is renowned for it's great golf courses including Monte Mayor Golf, Los Aqueros, Atalaya, La Alquería and El Paraíso Golf Valley. There are many beautiful towns in the surrounding areas including Estepona and San Pedro both within 10 minutes drive. The famous port of Puerto Banús is 10 minutes away with its glamorous marina and famous nightlife. Benahavis is 5 minutes away and this traditional Spanish hilltop village is truly beautiful.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A Deposit of 35% is required to secure the booking along with a refundable breakage deposit of £250.
    Remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before commencement of holiday.
    For bookings made within 4 weeks of commencement of holiday full payment is required.
    Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
    The refundable breakages deposit of £250 will be processed, assuming no problems, within a week of the end of the holiday. Changeover day is Saturday. Check-out is by 10am. Check-in after 4pm ( Flexibility by arrangement).
