The villa boasts a tranquil setting, surrounded by vineyards, almond and olive groves. A fine choice of restaurants can be in little village of Guia, and also nearby are the fabulous Zoomarine Park and the Algarve Shopping Mall. Guia has become famous in recent years for its excellent selection of restaurants, and is particularly renowned for specialising in 'Chicken Piri - Piri', the traditional Algrvean spicy chicken cooked over a charcoal grill - delicious!!! Casa dos Passarinhos is well located both for the traditional village of Guia and championship golf courses of Central Algarve. The property is in a quiet family area, Quinta dos Alamos, set in a mature garden and has a beautiful private heatable pool with patio and sun terraces. Roses, Lemon Trees, Vines, figs, all to be found in the gorgeous garden. This immaculate house enjoys the benefit of two pretty bathrooms and one guest cloakroom. Other local amenities include a supermarket, butchers shop, chemist, post office etc.

Guia is a village famous for its Restaurants many good value and its Piri Piri Chicken dishes. There is a supermarket and daily fish, fruit and vegetable markets. The area surrounding Guia is know as the Valley of the Grapevines, many Vineyards, OlivE, Almond and Lemon Groves surround the area. The Blue flag beaches of Gale are only 5 minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive. With Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. Albufeira town is 6kms around 5/6 mins drive. The Old Town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman house, also numerous music bars and street entertainers, together with regular free show in the main square in the Summer season. The local ZooMarine Park has water slides, Dolphins, etc.,

    All linen and towels provided, except beach towels, bath towels changed mid week. Linen changed weeklly.

The Sunny pool terrace has been furnished with quality furniture for poolside meals alfresco. the quaint village of Guia is an enjoyable stroll away. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful family area. All the rooms have central heating radiators for Winter Lets and a glass fronted log fire in the lounge. The villa is safe for children as it is single storey. Complimentary books, maps, DVDs for client's use. A safe is installed in the villa for security.
