This 2 BR 2BA condo fit our needs perfectly. Everything we needed was provided -- from a well organized kitchen to all kinds of outdoor equipment in storage containers on the lanai. Having spent a week in a big house in Kealakekua Bay, we were glad to move our smaller group to the more conveniently located Kona Surf and Racquet Club where we could enjoy the nearby snorkeling, the sights and shops in Kalua and best of all, the great pool located in the complex.
Once we confirmed our reservation Gloria sent us detailed and well organized directions, tips on accessing and using the condo, and lots of recommendations for restaurants and shops. The condo also contained a lot of really useful books about Hawai'i and a really good collection of mysteries to enjoy on those lazy beach days.
Although a damage deposit was required at the time of reservation, it was cheerfully and quickly refunded after we checked out.
Thanks, Gloria. We really enjoyed your condo and will definitely return there next time we visit the Big Island.
