Photos and Description of the Silver Creek vacation villa rental 5 Bedroom Villa sleeps up to 10 15mins from Disney World

The villa is situated on a quiet sub-division of the Woodridge estate. As you enter the villa to your right is a door into the garage where the washing machine and clothes dryer are situated, to your left the TV room which contains a bed settee, this room can become a fifth bedroom. Carrying on down the hall you come to the kitchen to your left this is fully equiped with Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher. Facing the kitchen is the dining area behind this is the doorway to the bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, coming back out of that room the living room area is to the right with a large TV, to the left of the TV are 2 bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double) and a bathroom with a doorway out to the pool. Back in the living room there is a large patio door which looks out over the pool area and the conservation area. To the left of the patio door is the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are ample towels supplied and hairdryers.

Location: Clermont Area < Disney / Orlando < Florida < USA

Car: necessary
Disney and 30mins from Central Orlando. It is approx. 1hr 30mins drive to both the Gulf coast and the space coast. Local amenities include Winn Dixie, Super Walmart, several fast food places including McDonalds, Burger King & KFC (to name a few), an Irish pub, several restaurants and a post office etc. The property has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite and a family bathroom) and a TV room with a bed settee (so sleeps up to 10 people) a 30ft. private screened pool and backs onto conservation land so it is not overlooked. All necessary facilities are provided, eg. towels, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
