5 Bedroom Villa Sleeps 10 15mins from Disney World

The villa is situated on a quiet sub-division of the Woodridge estate. As you enter the villa there is a long hallway at the end of this to the right is a doorway into the garage where the washing machine and clothes dryer are situated, to your left is the dining area and directly in front of you the living area, to the left of the garage door is the door to the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe & en-suite bathroom which opens onto the pool area, off the living area is a large patio door which looks out over the pool area and the pond at the back of the villa, to the left of the patio is the second bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Facing the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with Cooker, Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher, next to the kitchen is a hallway which leads to the family bathroom and 3 other bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.

Disney and 30mins from Central Orlando. It is approx. 1hr 30mins drive to both the Gulf coast and the space coast. Local amenities include Super Walmart, several fast food places including McDonalds, Burger King & KFC (to name a few), an Irish pub, several restaurants and a post office etc. The property has 5 bedrooms (2 en-suite and 1 family bathroom) sleeps up to 10 people a 30ft. private screened pool and backs onto conservation land so it is not overlooked. All necessary facilities are provided, eg. towels, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

The villa was very clean,easily reached from the airport and within 30 minutes of Disney. Everything was supplied to make the villa a home from home. The pool was well maintained , a good size and fantastic to come back to after a day at either the parks or the malls. A 24hr Wal-Mart is really handy , only minutes away.
Clear Creek seemed a quiet safe area and we were very happy to be there. We would be happy to recommend this villa to our friends and relatives.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities

This is a really nice and surprisingly big house. Great location. There's an enormous WalMart at the end of the road that's open all hours and has everything at fantastic low prices. So you can eat and drink by your own pool for next to nothing after a hard day in the theme parks.
The west end of the 192 is far better for getting into Disney - forget Kissimmee. This villa is in a great location and a genuine 20 mins into Disney. And there's a sneaky back route that avoids any hold ups at traffic lights.
Highly recommended.
