1 BR/1 Bath, Sleeps 2-4 with King Bed and Convertible Sofa

Comfortable 1 bedroom condo on the ground floor overlooking Gore Creek. New king-sized bed and leather convertible sofa and chair with wood-burning fireplace, 2 flat screen TVs, internet, cable, and DVD player. Access to all resort amenities is included with your stay in this condo: pool, fitness center, hot tubs, tennis courts, exercise classes, and yoga classes. The tennis pro-shop, Alpine Tavern and restaurant, Wendy's Coffee Shop, and even massage therapy, are available on-site. Vail's free bus service runs every fifteen minutes in the winter and every hour in the summer and will pick you up and drop you off at the covered stop.

We love to ski, ride bikes, hike, and fish and our kids love the outdoor concerts in the summer. We all love to escape to the condo on the creek that stays cool all year long.

Why Mary Sibley chose Vail

One summer many years ago as we rode bicycles over the bridge at Gore Creek we stopped and listened to the peaceful sound of the water and felt the cool air swore that if we ever bought a place in Vail, it would be by that creek. When this condo was put on the market, we were staying on the third floor of a condo in Lionshead. The location was right and the cool air of East Vail, along with the benefit of not having to carry luggage or groceries up stairs, sealed the deal.

The condo sits on the ground floor next to Gore Creek in quiet East Vail. Rental of this unit comes with full use of all Vail Racquet Club facilities including the spa, fitness center, heated pool and hot tub.

The free shuttle runs every 15 minutes in winter and every hour in the summer to take you to Vail Village which is only five miles away.

Though most people go to Vail for the world class ski resort, the town also provides ice skating, cross-country skiing, shopping, great restaurants, bowling, and a movie theater.

In summer, you can ride bikes, either on the road or on the many mountain-bike trails. The hiking is unsurpassed with trails for any skill or condition level. Trout fishing is only a few steps away, or you can test the Gold Medal Stream from Red Sandstone Road to the Eagle River.

Or just sit back and listen to the creek.
