Beautiful Colonial Home in Wonderful Park Like Setting

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps six. There are also 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom and an outdoor shower. Sleeps additional four in loft.

About Bart

Local resident of Edgartown for 30 years. We have been managing two separate Edgartown rental residential properties since 1995.

Why Bart chose Edgartown

This home has traditionally been used for family reunions during the summer.

What makes this house unique

Lovely circular drive in front with well kept gardens. Sleeps up to 10 people. Large family room with rustic country dining area. Beautiful spacious master bedroom and bath was added to home. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a new dishwasher. Easy access to nice outdoor deck dining and entertaining. Convenient outdoor shower for use after beach going.
