Located on Rue Mozart, this one-bed apartment has just recently been fully refurbished. It has been decorated and finished to the highest standards, in a contemporary theme. It is on two levels, ground floor and first floor. The apartment has a spacious living area with a sofa that converts into a sofa bed if required. There is a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools for two people. The bedroom is ensuite with a generous size double bed. There is air-con throughout the apartment. Rue Mozart is a small street just off Bvd Carnot and the Palais and the Croisette are just 8 mins walk away! You really are in the heart of everything.

It is approx an 8 min walk to the beach and the Palais. The apartment is only minutes away from Rur d'Antibes, famous for its shopping. Nearby you will find wonderful restaurants and bars, shops, bakeries and much much more. Life in Cannes centres around the world famous Croisette, the most elegant seaside promenade in Europe. Flanked by clear blue sea, golden beaches and perfect lines of striped parasols on one side and on the other stately palm trees. The location of this property is just minutes away from all that Cannes has to offer.

  • Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (Euros), before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
  • •The rates above are inclusive. During conference periods the rates are higher, as listed, due to stronger demand.
    •The rate covers the provision of linen and towels for up to 6 people, use of the pool, wifi internet access, underground parking and final cleaning on departure.
    Additionally, we require a refundable Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This must be charged to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.
    •Payments can only be accepted in euros.
  • CLEANLINESS: One important area for us is that anywhere we stay is spotlessly clean. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!

    BEACH TOWELS: While we do provide towels for each guest, we do not supply beach towels so please remember to bring your own.

    Changeover day: Changeover day is normally Saturday but off-season we will consider changeovers on other days. We will try to accommodate if possible!
