Citilet Penthouse Marina, is located opposite the Festival Building and the old harbor. There is a wide balcony that runs along the whole front of the apartment. The huge living room has a magnificent view to the Festival Palace, Mediterranean Sea and old port. Located in one of the most famous buildings on 'The Croisette', just walk across the road to the harbor, the Festival Palace and the beach. This apartment is ideally suited for family holidays, conferences, congresses, festivals and short stay weekends, located as it is in the very midst of Cannes. Stroll down 'The Croisette' for your designer labels, walk the beach for exercise and sightings of amazing yachts and cruisers, head to your conference venue, watch the stars during the Cannes film festival, wander up to the Rue D'Antibes for all your other shopping requirements and onwards to the train station to head off to St Tropez, Monaco or even into Italy or else sit and 'people watch' all day long!

Cannes is famous for the Film Festivals. The city council has the idea of creating the 'International Film Festival'. The project started in 1946, after the Second World War, during which the inhabitants of Cannes have to endure many restrictions and sufferings. On September 20th, 1946 is the inauguration of the 1st International Film Festival has enormous success. Nowadays, this ' Film Festival ', second most known event worldwide (after the Olympic games) is the pride and the good reputation of Cannes, city of a thousand subtleties! Located right opposite the old harbour with 1 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches, there are Public & Private beaches. The Private beaches all have bars/restaurants and serviced sun beds. There is a wide selection of restaurants along the seafront. The Palais de Festival is no more than 30m and the Croisettes is on your doorstep with all the prestigious shops. In the summer, there are boat trips to St Tropez and small neighboring Islands.

Perfect for business or holiday in Cannes

This apartment is perfect for any congress or festival. We stayed for LIONS 2009 and were able to hold meetings in the apartment by just crossing the road from the Palais des Festival. There is plenty of space and a great view to the harbor, you can’t have a better location if your are attending a congress.
I would like to come back for a holiday in this apartment and bring my family; my teenage daughter would love being right next to LV, Chanel, DIOR and many more. The beach is just a 2 min. walk.

Perfect vacation!!!

Me and my boyfriend spend a week in this wonderful apartment, which is located close to the beach, shops, restaurants, transport ect.
The property is very modern, clean and well-equipped with all the things you need.
For us, though, the best part was the balcony, the view was fantastic, Palais de Festival is placed right across the street. You also get the sun all day and it's perfect for a glass of wine in the evening as the sun goes down.
We had a great time and are already planning another trip for next year.
