This new build luxury house has a big heated pool and is placed in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the 2. Best beach in USA (incl. Hawaii). The property is at a canal with access to the bay, and a few minutes to Siesta Village. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath. 2 Living rooms, dinning area, large kitchen with dinning space, den / office, big wash/dryer room, garage, all rooms with flat screen TV (6), wireless internet access, telephone, DVD, very good air conditioner, 1 Master bedroom with a big double king size bed , 1 second master bedroom with a double queen size bed, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds. Master bath , second master bath and a bathroom between the 2 single bedrooms. 1 Separate toilet.
