About Sethry Connor
Hi! We are Sethry and Christine.
This 'suite' is in the house where I (Sethry) lived growing up. Once we were raised my parents eventually down-sized and moved to the home next door. They didn't want to sell the house so they decided to convert it into home with an attached VRBO suite.
Sethry Connor purchased this studio in 2014
Why Sethry Connor chose Fort Collins
When my parents decided to sell it was a great opportunity for us to buy the house and keep the VRBO they had started. Now we hope you can enjoy Fort Fun and a taste of our vacation-retreat setting.
What makes this studio unique
The space was designed originally to have a place for visiting worship leaders to stay as a welcome alternative to impersonal, overpriced, and boring hotels. With the lake setting, gazebo and yard it has a great peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.
Guestbook comments from the owner
...No problems, hope I had it tidy enough for you! (She did) My stay has honestly been great! The only extra things I've had to go out and buy are Kleenex and toilet paper (since she was there almost a month) it has really worked out perfectly! Thanks again for the recommendation on the auto repair shop. They were very nice and helpful.
She also made a few suggestions we acted on :
Replaced the sheers with darker drapes that couldn't be seen through at night.
Added a toaster.
