This three bedroom, three full bathroom, 2000 square foot Villa is conviently located on the campus of the World Famous La Costa Resort and Spa. Walk to the Resort, The Chopra Center, Shopping, Great Restraunts, and all this fabulous area has to offer.

Why Kori Jensen chose La Costa

I purchased the Villa at La Costa because I love the convient location. The fact that when there is 'overcast' weather at the beach, La Costa is sunny with an ocean breeze. Everything you could possibly need is in walking distance and it is among the safest communities in San Diego County.

What makes this villa unique

2000 square feet is very hard to find in a townhome and the pool is right out the front door. Three bedroom with onsuite bathrooms is a definite bonus. I love this villa.
