The Villa is located within a private gated community with full air conditioning. Villa has its own private pool.
Villa has 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom consist of cable TV, bathroom with twin sinks, large bath, walk in shower and separate toilet.
Just updated the floors with hard wood floors all around the lv/rm and bedrooms . Kitchen also has new floor tiles.
All kitchen utensils, linen and towels provided. Dining Room seats 6 and looks over the front of the villa. The family room opens out through patio doors onto the deck and pool area.
Telephone with free local calls and free Wi-Fi for your internet use just bring in your laptop.
Laundry facilities are conveniently situated in their own closet- this includes washer, dryer, and ironing.
In addition to the villa swimming pool, there is also a community swimming pool, basketball court and a play area, within our community area.
Community has wide sidewalks for that morning or evening walk or jog. villa was built in 2004
Enclosed screened in Lanai pool, plus fan over table in covered patio where you can also sit to eat or snack.
