Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in Hastings, Barbados

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• The rates quoted above are for 2 persons using the master bedroom only. The nightly rate will increase by US$30.00 for the use of the twin beds. These rates include air conditioning in bedrooms, hot water, cable TV, high speed Internet, phones, and Weekly Maid service. Air conditioning is available in kitchen / living room for an additional US$12.00 per unit per night by arrangement.
  Please note, air conditioning in Barbados has become very expensive, so we recommend that the AC systems be turned off when leaving the room, and when air conditioning is on, please ensure that all doors and windows are closed.
• To make a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost will be required in advance. We accept PayPal and bank transfers. Details of how these can be done will be provided by contacting the owner. A Security Deposit ranging from 200 US Dollars to 350 US Dollars will be required on arrival, along with the balance of the rental cost. The security deposit is refundable if there is no damage to property, appliances or furnishings.
• To cancel a booking, please contact the owner. Bookings canceled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the booking deposit. Bookings canceled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of 25% only if a new booking can be secured for the exact same dates.
