Meric is a large ancient farmhouse situated in South West France. The properties have a wealth of original features including oak beams and exposed stonewalls. We offer 2 well equipped cottages for rent. We also have a large fenced swimming pool surrounded by gardens laid to lawn. Meric is located in the heart of beautiful Lot et Garonne. The property sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by fields of sunflowers and farmland set in 15 acres of its own land.

La Maison has french doors leading into an attractive lounge with a comfortable sitting area and a dining area with oak beams and a splendid fireplace, it has UK free-sat TV and wi-fi. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and a washing machine. The dining area has a panoramic view across the valley. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a shower room with basin and w.c.. Outside there is a terrace with a BBQ and table and chairs.
